At Sirga, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you are buying appliances or daily essentials, we are here to help.
1. Returns Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
2. Return Eligibility by Category
Electronics & Appliances (Mixer, Grinder, Food Chopper):
- Returns are allowed only if the product is defective
- We offer a “No Questions Asked” return for defective appliances within 7 days
Consumables (Spices, Coffee, Dishwasher Tablets):
- Returns are not accepted due to the nature of these products
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and issue details.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for an eligible product (Mixer, Grinder, or Food Chopper), please contact our support team.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Spices
- Coffee
- Dishwasher Tablets
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days:
- Check your bank account again
