Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@sirga.com.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, intimate products, and items on clearance/sale cannot be returned.

Late or Missing Refunds
